Size and recommendations

• European sizing. We recommend the usual size.

ATENEA SANDALS:

• For daily cleaning use a microfiber cloth or any lint-free cloth.
• Avoid getting your sandals wet, but if they do, don´t expose them to direct sunlight because leather will get damaged.
• Don´t store your sandals dirty or squashed.

AVARCAS:

• Leather (Yin Yang): For a daily cleansing, use a damp cloth over the surface . When doing this, place your hand with another cloth inside the front part of the shoe to avoid the insole from getting wet.

• Metal leather: You may take care of them with specified products for metalized leather.

• Nobuck (Stars): Clean daily with a soft brush appropiate for suede and nobuck. If you want to clean a stain, please use a clean eraser to eliminate the stain and remove residues after with a nobuck special sponge. Avoid the avarcas from getting wet because nobuck Will absorb the liquid and you Will probable not be able to remove the stains.

• The best way to store your avarcas is to place the front part of one of them on the back part of the other one. You Will see they fit perfectly. Please make sure the back straps don’t get twisted and add a tissue paper ball inside the tips so they maintain its original shape. If you do not have tissue paper, you may use other kind but make sure it is White.

To avoid the loss of color please store them in a place with no direct light. Natural leather absorbs light and your avarcas can lose its original color.

• Spain & Portugal: Free shipping for orders over 100 €. 5 € for orders below 100 €.
• Spain (Baleares, Ceuta & Melilla): 8 €.
• Canary Islands: 15€.
• Europe area 1*: FREE for orders over 100€. For orders below 100€ the shipping cost will be 15€.
• UK: FREE for orders over 100 £. For orders below 100 £ the shipping cost will be 20 £.
• Rest of Europe: 15 €.
• USA: FREE for orders over 100$. For orders below 100€ the shipping cost will be 20$.
• Rest of the world: 20 €.

Local customs expenses will be borne by the customer, except for the UK and USA.

You may return any item purchased online within 15 days* from delivery date. The refund will be made using the same payment method with which the purchase was made.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition, with its original packaging and tags. It is necessary to include de order number and contact info.

If you want to make an exchange, you must make a return and make a new purchase.

Changes and returns online purchases can also be made in one of our stores.

No returns or exchanges are permitted on flash sale.

To make the return you must follow these steps:

1. Fill out the return form that you can download here and put it in the box along with the product you want to return. If you do not have the option to print the form, it is essential that you put a piece of paper in the package indicating the order number, name and surname and the product to be returned.

Returning delivery costs will be paid by the client (the shipment and custom duties, if there were), unless item purchased was defective upon arrival. If this happens, please contact us for return or change by email at info@mercules.es.

If you want to make a return, write an email to info@mercules.es and we will tell you the steps.

Mercules won´t be responsible for the costs and customs duties of returns that are not managed by the company.

SIZE EXCHANGE (SHOES):

The first size exchange is free (EU), however, if you want to exchange models or colors you should return the purchased item and make a new order online.

Please, send an email to info@mercules.es with the order number on the subject. We will arrange the pick up and send you an email with the day that the courier will pick up the package. Requests for exchanges must be made within 15 natural days after the purchase.

Please, remember that items must be returned in perfect condition (including its original packaging).
