Devoluciones
Puedes devolver cualquier producto comprado online en un plazo de 15 días desde la fecha de entrega. Para proceder, por favor mándanos un email a web@mercules.es explicando la razón de la devolución.
Los artículos deben devolverse sin ser usados, lavados y en perfectas condiciones, con su packaging y etiquetas originales. También es necesario indicar el número de pedido.

Los costes de devolución serán abonados por el cliente, a no ser que el producto estuviese defectuoso cuando fue recibido. Si esto ocurre, por favor contáctanos para un cambio o devolución a web@mercules.es.
Cambio de talla (zapatos)
El primer cambio de talla es gratuito (UE). No obstante, para adquirir otro modelo o color deberás hacer una devolución del artículo y una nueva compra.
Para ello, envíanos un email web@mercules.es con el número de tu pedido en el asunto y solicita la recogida en un plazo de 15 días desde la compra. Recuerda que el artículo debe encontrare en su estado original (incluyendo el embalaje original).
Returns
You may return any item purchased online within 15 days from delivery date. Please send us an email to web@mercules.es explaining the reason of the return.

Returning delivery costs will be paid by the client unless item purchased was defective upon arrival. If this should happen please contact us for return or change by email at web@mercules.es and we will assume the delivery costs. We will answer you as soon as possible.
Size exchange (shoes)
The first size exchange is free (EU), however, if you want to exchange models or colors you should return the purchased item and make a new order online.
Please, send an email to web@mercules.es with the order number on the subject. We will arrange the pick up and send you an email with the day that the courier will pick up the package. Requests for exchanges must be made within 15 natural days after the purchase. Please, remember that items must be returned in perfect condition (including its original packaging).
