United Kingdom and United States: Mercules covers all import duties and taxes, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. All other destinations outside the EU: any local import duties and taxes are payable by the customer.

During sale periods, deliveries may take slightly longer than usual. We apologise for any inconvenience and will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Please note that Mercules cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs checks or by carriers during peak periods.

You may return any item purchased online within 15 days* of delivery. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition, with their original packaging and tags. Please include your order number and contact details.

If you want to make an exchange, please return the item and place a new order.

Online purchases can also be returned or exchanged free of charge at any of our stores in Spain.

*Items purchased during Flash Sales cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return costs (shipping and customs fees, if applicable) are covered by the customer, unless the product is defective. In that case, please contact us at info@mercules.es.

SIZE EXCHANGE (SHOES):

The first size exchange is free (EU only). If you want a different model or color, please return the item and place a new order.

Please send an email to info@mercules.es with your order number in the subject line within 15 days of delivery. We will arrange the pickup and let you know the day the courier will collect the package.

Please remember that items must be returned in perfect condition, including their original packaging.
