Care

All our leather products are handmade by Spanish artisans from high quality leather, tanned using traditional methods. Consequently, any irregularities or differences in appearance are considered intrinsic features of the product.

BASIC MAINTENANCE TIPS:

  • To preserve the original quality, avoid exposing the product to extreme heat and damp. Rain, rubbing and direct sunlight may cause discoloring or stains. Avoid contact with corrosive substances such as oil and alcohol.
  • When you are not using them, we recommend that you keep your leather products in the protective cloth bag that you receive with your purchase. Also, you should fill the handbag with paper (other than magazines or newspapers, which could stain) so it doesn't lose its shape.
  • In the case of leather handbags, care should be taken to avoid contact with delicate or light-colored garments when using your bag, as color transfer can occur.

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR LEATHER PRODUCTS:

For daily cleaning of your leather products, a dry white cotton cloth is enough. Leather is very delicate: if you see a stain, avoid using any product and contact a specialized leather cleaner.

  • USA: FREE for orders over $100. For orders below $100 the shipping cost will be $20.
  • UK: FREE for orders over £100. For orders below £100 the shipping cost will be £20.
  • Spain & Portugal: FREE for orders over €100. For orders below €100 the shipping cost will be €5.
  • Spain (Balearic Islands, Ceuta & Melilla): €8.
  • Canary Islands: €15.
  • Europe area 1*: FREE for orders over €100. For orders below €100 the shipping cost will be €15.
  • Rest of Europe: €15.
  • Rest of the world: €20.

For the USA and the UK, all duties and taxes are included in the final price. For all other destinations outside the EU, local customs duties and taxes are paid by the customer.

Returns and exchanges

You may return any item purchased online within 15 days* of delivery. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition, with their original packaging and tags. Please include your order number and contact details.

If you want to make an exchange, please return the item and place a new order.

Online purchases can also be returned or exchanged free of charge at any of our stores in Spain.

*Items purchased during Flash Sales cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return costs (shipping and customs fees, if applicable) are covered by the customer, unless the product is defective. In that case, please contact us at info@mercules.es.

SIZE EXCHANGE (SHOES):

The first size exchange is free (EU only). If you want a different model or color, please return the item and place a new order.

Please send an email to info@mercules.es with your order number in the subject line within 15 days of purchase. We will arrange the pickup and let you know the day the courier will collect the package.

Please remember that items must be returned in perfect condition, including their original packaging.
