Returns & Exchanges

You may return any item purchased online within 15 days* from delivery date. The refund will be made using the same payment method with which the purchase was made..

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition, with its original packaging and tags. It is necessary to include de order number and contact info.

If you want to make an exchange, you must make a return and make a new purchase.

Changes and returns online purchases can also be made in one of our stores.

No returns or exchanges are permitted on flash sale.

Return costs will be covered by the customer (including shipping and customs fees, if applicable), unless the product is defective. In that case, please contact us at info@mercules.es.

SIZE EXCHANGE (SHOES):

The first size exchange is free (EU), however, if you want to exchange models or colors you should return the purchased item and make a new order online.

Please, send an email to info@mercules.es with the order number on the subject. We will arrange the pick up and send you an email with the day that the courier will pick up the package. Requests for exchanges must be made within 15 natural days after the purchase.

Please, remember that items must be returned in perfect condition (including its original packaging).
